Another great thing about beer batter is that it’s incredibly easy to make. You can also customize your beer batter based on the type of beer you like.
For an easy beer batter recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour, all purpose
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 ½ cups of beer

- Beat your egg before adding it to the mixture
- Take your flour, beaten egg, garlic powder, and black pepper into a large bowl
- Stir in the beer until smooth, you can add more beer if you need your batter to be smoother
