Austin Fair and Rodeo
The 92nd annual Austin County Fair and Rodeo will be held from the 9th to the 13th of October. The fair will kick off with the Austin Fair Parade on Thursday the 10th in downtown Bellville at 10:00am. Everyone raves about this parade – so don’t miss it! Fun tip: Seek out parade veterans – they always know the best place to stand.

Texas Independence Wine Festival
If you’re a wine lover then this is the perfect event for you. For only $35 ($30 online) you’ll get to sample two different wines from 9 different wineries. There will also be live music, food trucks, shopping… and did we mention wine? Bellville winos unite!

Bridgeland Presents Vino at the Village
Need more wine? Check out the Bridgeland Vino at the Village event! For $10 you get access to all of the activities like food sampling, wine tasting, and entertainment. There will be live music, chalk artists, a bouncy house for the kids, and more.

PigMania BBQ and Music Festival
PigMania BBQ not only has pork BBQ but steak too! The event includes competitions open to the public, like a steak eating competition, Kids-Q cook off, and more. From brisket, pork ribs, and chicken to dessert this is a can’t miss event for BBQ fans. Some of the competitors have even been featured on the Food Network show BBQ Pitmasters!
