Can I return a product?
Yes, as long as you follow the policies below:
- You return the product within 30 days.
- You have a receipt.
- The product is in its original packaging. No singles. No sign of damage.
- Wines will not be accepted if they have been chilled or overheated.
- A check will be mailed for refunds over $50.
- There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
Large party order exception:
NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A LARGE PARTY ORDER YOU WILL HAVE NO RESTOCKING FEES.
However, large party order returns are limited to 50% of the total original purchase; after that a 20.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
We do not accept personal checks.
Do you wholesale for bars and restaurants or events?

How do I receive information about your specials or tastings?
Find your nearby liquor store and access the local store’s Facebook page for information about specials and tastings.
If I don’t see a product I like in your store, can I request it?
Yes! We will try our best to get the products you love in our Texas liquor stores.
Please keep in mind that we cannot fulfil every request because of demand, pricing, and availability.
If we cannot add the product as a regular in-stock item for all customers, you can special order a case of the product [buy a case] and we will apply a case pricing discount for you!
How can I get an allocated bottle?
So you want in on the exclusive lists? We can dig it. You’re always welcome to call us and see what allocated spirits we have on hand, but if you’re really hoping to get in on the secrets you have to come by.
Get to know your local manager and some day we might be calling you!
What are your regular and holiday hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 10AM – 9PM and closed on Sundays as required by Texas Law.
We are open on every major event or holiday except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
