Turn Your Favorite Mezcal Into A Summertime Drink!
A fresh and unique cocktail, when using Mezcal it can be hard to find a new cocktail that isn’t just “replace tequila with Mezcal”. Well this pineapple sour is a great start to explore the possibilities of this close cousin of tequila!
Recipe:
- 1.5 oz Mezcal of choice
- .5 oz fresh pineapple juice
- .75 oz lemon juice
- .75 oz agave
- 1 egg white
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain ice from the tin.
- Dry shake and pour into coupe.
- Garnish with crushed peppercorn on the froth.
