Turn Your Favorite Mezcal Into A Summertime Drink!

A fresh and unique cocktail, when using Mezcal it can be hard to find a new cocktail that isn’t just “replace tequila with Mezcal”. Well this pineapple sour is a great start to explore the possibilities of this close cousin of tequila!

Recipe:

  • 1.5 oz Mezcal of choice
  • .5 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .75 oz agave
  • 1 egg white
  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain ice from the tin.
  2. Dry shake and pour into coupe.
  3. Garnish with crushed peppercorn on the froth.
